Therapy for ADHD in Ontario
Your brain is beautiful.
You can learn to love it.
Navigating a world that hasn't been created to be easy for you is hard!
You may feel completely alone and like no one understands... but that's not true.
Your ADHD and neurodiverse brain is so beautiful! It gives you unique skills and gifts, and I'd love to uncover them with you. The process of unmasking and becoming comfortable with who you are can be challenging, especially if you have experienced a late-in-life diagnosis.
Learning skills, coping with challenges and psychoeducation can all be helpful in understanding ADHD and in creating a lifestyle that works for you.
Let's turn your challenges into your strengths.
Uniquely You
Therapy with Korrenne is designed to provide support, guidance, and effective strategies for individuals living with ADHD, helping you unlock your full potential and thrive in a world that might not always understand your unique strengths and challenges.
Education
When we know how things work, it's easier to accept and adapt to them. Learning about your brain and your diagnosis (or suspected diagnosis) can help you to look at things with a bird's eye view and to create more space for growth.
Skill Building
I will help you to develop essential life skills, such as time management, organization, goal setting, and emotional regulation. With a unique plan and program just for you, we'll work together to help you feel like your life is more on track.
