Maryam is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a trauma-informed approach that empowers clients to uncover and understand the patterns shaping their experiences. She blends deep emotional exploration with practical tools to support healing and resilience, creating a safe and empowering space for meaningful, lasting change.
Specializing in trauma, neurodiversity, and identity exploration, Maryam draws from both her professional expertise and personal understanding as a neurodiverse individual and member of a minoritized community. She knows how crucial it is for clients to feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Maryam’s comprehensive training includes advanced certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused modalities such as EMDR, CBT, and somatic interventions. She is also pursuing ongoing certifications in ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder clinical specialization, as well as experiential therapeutic techniques that integrate AEDP, IFS, and Coherence Therapy.
