Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected? Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating life transitions, managing anxiety or depression, or exploring your identity, life's challenges can feel heavy in a world that often feels uncertain and difficult to navigate. My approach blends deep emotional exploration with practical symptom management to help you build resilience and navigate life’s challenges in a way that honors your unique identity.

As someone who is neurodiverse and part of a minoritized community, I bring not only professional expertise but also personal understanding of the complexities of mental health.
