The primary goal of therapy is to help you improve your overall well-being, cope with challenges, and achieve personal growth and self-awareness. Life gets easier when we know who we are, how we got here, and were we want to go.

Self compassion comes from "suffer with." Being compassionate to ourselves can look like learning to sit with our suffering without trying to change it and offering kindness to ourselves as we process. Therapy helps us to learn to love ourselves again... little bit by little bit.
Your journey isn't like ANYONE else's. The family you were born to, the things you were taught, the life you've lived... it's yours. Your healing is yours too. It's unique and it's hard and it's beautiful. I'm here to help you remember that you're worth every single bit of hard work along the way!
I'm dedicated to learning and experiencing as much as I can so that I can guide you to the tools and resources that will work best for you. Being additionally trained in EMDR level 1 and 2, IFS, Indigenous Mental Health, Gottman Level 1 and play therapy techniques helps me to give you a personalized therapy experience.
Korrenne Jensen supports individuals and couples through life changes, past issues, trauma and growth.
Her caring and open approach to therapy gives people a safe and comfortable place to explore and to recalibrate life to something that feels more peaceful, balanced, and comfortable.
Korrenne is dedicated to providing clear tools for personal healing through therapy. She offers in person Walk-and-Talk therapy sessions in Hamilton, Brantford, or Caledonia, and online to residents of Ontario.
