At Afterglow Psychotherapy, I am dedicated to supporting your mental and emotional well-being. As a licensed psychotherapist in Brantford, Ontario, I am here to help you overcome life's challenges, build resilience, and achieve your personal growth goals.
My view regarding therapy is that you are simply disconnected. You are not broken or a problem that needs solving! You have deep inner wisdom and intuition - you've simply lost connection with it through religious trauma in your past, struggling with ADHD, a high stress job or life, or "normal" day to day life in the modern world.
Therapy is a place of self discovery and reconnection where you are able to heal wounds, explore desires, find understanding, and fuel growth in self acceptance & love.
I work with clients one-on-on to explore and move through grief, religious trauma/adverse religious experiences, ADHD skills and motivation. Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting first responders and Indigenous peoples in reprocessing traumatic experiences. I am an approved NIHB provider in Ontario.
